Return policy
If it has been 14 days or more since you received your order, it is not possible to obtain a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition and in the same condition as when received, and must be in its original packaging.
Certain products, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous or flammable products such as gases and liquids, cannot be returned.
Additionally, gift cards and certain health and personal care products are not returnable.
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase and the date of delivery.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Contact us by email to make a return. You will need to return the product at your expense to the address we will provide to you by email. Our response times may vary.
Once the product in question is at the address indicated by email, we will proceed with a refund.
Policy of Refunds
Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the product, we will not be able to refund or exchange you.
To be eligible for a product return, it must be in the same condition to be re-sent. Your item must also be in its original packaging to be sent to the address we will give you.
You may also need to send a photo of the product so that we can determine whether the product is damaged.
We are committed to processing your refund as soon as we receive your return. We will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, proof of shipment of the item or after the first contact by email indicating a desire to make a return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that which you used for the initial purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Please note that the refund time may vary depending on your credit card issuer.
We understand that our return procedures may seem excessive, but our experience has shown us that it is important to follow them to avoid abuse. We do our best to process every return and refund request, but we must be sure that each request is justified.

We check if you have done the procedures correctly. If this is indeed the case, we will check the database and take action accordingly.
Product replacements are only made in the event that the item is damaged. If this is the case, send an email to: contact@espritgothique.com
To make a return, please send your product to our returns processing center located in Poland. We will provide you with the exact address when you contact us to initiate the return process. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be calculated accordingly.
